“ Great pizza and craft beer selection! Nice family atmosphere with plenty of TVs to watch sports. Short drive from several hotels. After 10 hours on the road we were hungry & needed to relax. Long Hollow was the perfect place to decompress. The staff is friendly and the food/beer selection is delicious. We’re from Wisconsin, we know craft beer, this place has a great selection! We will stop again when passing through. The sign out front is a bit small.. so we had a little moment trying to find it on a rainy dark night. But well worth the stop. ”
“ The best experience hand down on multiple levels!!! We are visiting from Wisconsin with a high school baseball team. We called and talked with Austin who was very accommodating considering we needed to feed 50 plus people and had severe weather taking place. We had to call and alter times due to the weather and they did fantastic. The pizza was some of the best we’ve had anywhere. Highly recommended!!!! ”

The pizzas were delicious, fresh, the spices on the crust, so good! The spinach dip was delicious, the pepperoni poppers were delicious, and the pretzel bites (good beer cheese)! If you like pizza then I’d highly recommend you stop in and give it a try! ”
“ Good beer, good food, good service. Had the Hot Chicken & Waffles pizza, sounds weird, but it was amazing. Butter base, maple syrup, spicy and smokey chicken. It was the perfect mix of sweet and savory. They also have a great selection of local brews. ”
“ If your looking for a sit down pizza parlor, this place worked for me. Didn’t feel like battling the holiday crowds at a traditional restaurant and this place was only about half full. Don’t let the small sign fool you, it’s about twice as big inside as what you perceive from the outside. Really good pizza and a wide assortment of beer if that’s you thing. Friendly waitresses and prompt service. We ordered the Long Hollow Special for a first time choice and I enjoyed it. The 14” size let the two of us have 3 slices to tote home. Ordering and paying at the table was nice. ”
